Atty. Manuel A. Tiuseco founded Orient Class and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 13 September 2000 under SEC Register. No. A200012480. On 02 April 2001, ORIENT Class was initially granted a Temporary Authority to perform statutory survey, classification and certification functions of Philippine Registered vessels in the domestic trade.
